What I Got For My 19th Birthday

It's been a busy couple of weeks, but I've finally found time to type up this little post on what I got for my birthday this year!

It has genuinely been one of the best birthdays I have ever had as I spent it with some amazing people and received loads of absolutely gorgeous presents.

From my parents

My parents bought me the Too Faced Power Of Makeup collection, which is an amazing collab with my much-adored Nikkie Tutorials. Somehow I had managed to keep quiet about this present until announcing it here, which was so incredibly difficult considering how Instagram-worthy it is.

It includes 9 eyeshadows, a purple Better Than Sex mascara and loads of other gorgeous goodies which I am seriously so excited to write a full review on later this month.

From my best friend

Miya got me the most incredible, thoughtful presents ever. Not only did she spend hours making me a photo frame collage with pictures of us, she also cut up loads of makeup product boxes to make the background with! It is now sat in pride of place on my new desk and I love it to pieces.

She also bought me a bracelet, a floral Ted Baker makeup bag and a t-shirt with 'Queen Felicia' printed on it, which absolutely made my day.

From my boyfriend

I was so incredibly spoiled by Sam for my birthday. He picked me out three beautiful pairs of lace Victoria's Secret underwear from the 'Very Sexy' range.

I was also treated to a MAC lipstick in the shade 'Twig', a gorgeous gold and white notebook from Paperchase and two of the Miss Peregrine's book series by Ransom Riggs, which I finished the first book of yesterday and am currently obsessed with.

From my colleagues

My colleagues made my birthday incredibly special and I am so grateful for everything they did for me. I came into work that morning to find a massive bag of presents waiting for me. Inside was a mug with "I wish I was a unicorn so I can stab idiots with my head" printed on it, which I found hilarious and insisted someone make me a cup of tea in it straight away.

Also inside the bag was a unicorn colouring book and pencils (there seems to be a running theme here) and also a £20 LUSH voucher, which almost made me cry at how thoughtful they all are. Vickie also made me a huge pony princess unicorn cake which was almost too amazing to eat (but we did *wink*)

I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who wished me happy birthday and made my day extra-special!
